win4life Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and win4life (hereinafter "win4life", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of win4life at win4life.one, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside the win4life Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using win4life and not register an account.

win4life reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available at win4life.one/terms-conditions.

To register and maintain an account on win4life, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This is a hard eligibility requirement in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• Online gaming must be lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing win4life.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to win4life's operations.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of a win4life employee or affiliated service provider.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not have had a prior win4life account closed for breach of these Terms.

win4life reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be established to win4life's satisfaction.

3.1 One Account per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on win4life at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times. win4life is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player. Providing false information at registration constitutes fraud and entitles win4life to close the account and forfeit all balances without recourse.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As a condition of accessing full platform features — including withdrawals — win4life requires identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and platform policy. You will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued Philippine photo identification (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID)
• A recent selfie or live photograph for biometric matching purposes
• Proof of address where required (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership where required

KYC documents must be submitted in acceptable digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) and must be clearly legible. KYC review is typically completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of complete document submission.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win4life username and password. Any activity conducted on win4life using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. win4life employees will never request your account password. You must notify win4life immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

win4life accepts deposits via the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, CLiQQ, and other methods as may be added from time to time. win4life reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Currency

All player accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. No currency conversion is applied to Philippine Peso transactions.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Other payment methods may carry higher minimums as specified at the time of transaction. win4life reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts at any time.

4.4 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your win4life account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer processing times vary based on the originating institution and the InterBanking network (InstaPay / PesoNet) utilised.

4.5 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your win4life account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. The use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited without express prior authorisation from win4life.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of identity verification will be held pending until KYC is approved.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or the verified payment method registered to your account. win4life targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within ten (10) minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

win4life does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. Standard transaction fees imposed by your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or banking institution) may apply and are outside win4life's control.

5.4 Bonus Funds & Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from promotional bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. Players must review the specific terms of each bonus offer prior to acceptance. Withdrawal of an active bonus balance without meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.

5.5 Verification Requests

win4life may request additional identity or payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in withdrawal suspension. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

win4life offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. The following general terms apply to all win4life promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual offer's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and typically range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of its validity period is automatically forfeited.
• win4life reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are issued to eligible, verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC may not receive or retain bonus funds.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of multiple payment methods to claim multiple bonuses, or exploitation of software errors — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• win4life's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility and wagering completion is final.

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the win4life platform is governed by its own rules as specified within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game prior to wagering. win4life accepts no liability for Player errors arising from a failure to understand game rules.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface prior to play. win4life reserves the right to apply bet limits to individual accounts at its discretion.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, software fault, or network failure that interrupts or corrupts gameplay, win4life reserves the right to void all wagers and winnings associated with the affected game round. The outcome of any game round affected by a malfunction is void and of no value. win4life will make reasonable efforts to restore affected accounts to the state they were in prior to the malfunction.

7.4 Winnings

All winnings are credited to your win4life account balance immediately upon game round completion. win4life's certified game providers use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. All stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are certified by independent testing laboratories including GLI and eCOGRA.

win4life is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. Gaming should be an entertaining activity — not a source of financial distress or personal harm. win4life provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set and that take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Timers that notify you when you have been playing for a defined duration.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win4life platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all associated balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account ("multi-accounting")
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods
• Colluding with other players or coordinating bets to exploit the Platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage
• Any form of money laundering, including using win4life to process illicit funds
• Accessing win4life from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law
• Providing access to or sharing your account credentials with any third party
• Any action that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Platform's operations

win4life employs real-time transaction monitoring, behaviour analysis, and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts restricted pending investigation.

All content on the win4life platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of win4life or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win4life platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the win4life platform without prior written authorisation from win4life.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win4life's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's win4life account at the time the relevant claim arises.

win4life shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond win4life's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where win4life has not been negligent

The win4life platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. win4life makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.

win4life collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on win4life, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the win4life Privacy Policy, available at win4life.one/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

win4life does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data as provided under the Data Privacy Act. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

13.1 Suspension by win4life

win4life reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited purposes
• Account security may have been compromised
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account review

13.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your win4life account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days.

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by you or by win4life — your right to access the Platform terminates immediately. Records pertaining to your account are retained in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

win4life reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, win4life will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on the account or via a prominent notice on the win4life platform.

Continued use of win4life following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and win4life, you agree to first attempt resolution through win4life's customer support team by contacting [email protected]. win4life commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to providing a substantive response within fourteen (14) days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority as applicable to the nature of the dispute.
